臺北市政府今（24）日舉辦「INNOPAD TAIPEI 臺北新創旗艦基地」開幕典禮，由臺北市俞振華副秘書長主持啟動儀式，並邀集政府代表、產業界、新創團隊、創投加速器、學研機構及各國駐臺使節等貴賓共同見證INNOPAD TAIPEI正式啟用，象徵臺北市推動AI創新產業發展及建構國際新創生態系的重要里程碑。未來串聯產官學研及國際夥伴資源，打造兼具技術驗證、產業鏈結及國際合作功能的創業平台。
臺北市俞振華副秘書長表示，AI已成為驅動產業轉型及城市治理的重要力量。臺北市擁有完善的科技產業聚落、企業總部、人才資源及創新生態系，具備發展AI產業的優勢。市府持續推動「新創三箭」政策，透過資金、人才及市場等面向支持新創發展，市府希望透過INNOPAD TAIPEI，讓更多創新技術真正轉化為市場應用與產業價值，持續朝「Founder Friendly City」及「AI-Driven Smart City」邁進，並期望協助更多國內外新創團隊在臺北落地發展、鏈結全球市場。
產業發展局表示，INNOPAD TAIPEI，鄰近南港軟體園區、內湖科技園區、臺北生技園區及國家生技研究園區，具備串聯產業聚落、企業總部及創新資源的區位優勢。不僅是辦公室，基地聚焦智慧科技、健康科技及淨零科技三大主軸領域，更整合一站式落地服務（Soft Landing）、創業輔導、加速器鏈結、概念驗證（POC）及企業共創（POB）等服務，協助新創團隊加速實現技術驗證、商業合作及市場拓展，縮短創新成果商品化與產業化的時程，打造新創團隊接軌市場的重要跳板。
產業發展局進一步說明，目前基地已攜手4家新創加速器共同推動專業輔導、商業媒合及資源鏈結，預計將有60家國內外新創團隊參與加速器輔導計畫；同時，已有12家新創團隊通過進駐審查，將陸續於基地展開發展。
未來，基地將持續拓展國際合作網絡，積極招募全球優秀AI及前瞻科技新創團隊進駐，並透過資源共享、跨域合作及國際鏈結，協助更多創新技術在臺北完成驗證、落地與商業化，實踐「國際新創來臺第一站」願景，也讓更多臺灣新創從臺北出發、走向世界。

"INNOPAD TAIPEI Flagship Innovation Hub" Officially Opens, Creating Taipei's Innovation Hub
The Taipei City Government held the opening ceremony for the “INNOPAD TAIPEI Flagship Innovation Hub” today (24th). The launch ceremony was hosted by Deputy Secretary-General of Taipei City, Zhen-hua Yu, who gathered government representatives, industry leaders, startups, venture capital accelerators, academic institutions, and diplomatic envoys from various countries in Taiwan to witness the official inauguration of INNOPAD TAIPEI. This marks an important milestone in Taipei City’s efforts to promote the development of the AI innovation industry and build on international startup ecosystem. In the future, the base will connect resources across government, industry, academia, and research sectors, as well as international partners, to create an entrepreneurial platform equipped with functions for technical verification, industry linkage, and international cooperation.
Deputy Secretary-General of Taipei City, Zhen-hua Yu, stated that AI has become a driving force for industrial transformation and urban governance. Taipei City boasts a comprehensive technology industry cluster, corporate headquarters, talent resources, and an innovation ecosystem, giving it a strong advantage in developing the AI industry. The city government continues to promote its "Three Arrows for Startups" policy, supporting startup growth through capital, talent, and market access. Through INNOPAD TAIPEI, the city government hopes to transform more innovative technologies into actual market applications and industrial value, continuing its stride toward becoming a "Founder Friendly City" and an "AI-Driven Smart City." It also aims to assist more domestic and international startup teams in establishing roots in Taipei and connecting to the global market.
The Department of Economic Development stated that INNOPAD TAIPEI is located near the Nangang Software Park, Neihu Technology Park, Taipei Bioinnovation Park, and National Biotechnology Research Park, offering location advantages that connect industrial clusters, corporate headquarters, and innovation resources. More than just an office space, the base focuses on three core domains: Smart Technology, Health Technology, and Net-Zero Technology. Furthermore, it integrates services such as one-stop soft landing, entrepreneurial counseling, accelerator connections, Proof of Concept (POC), and Proof of Business (POB). These services assist startup teams in accelerating technical verification, commercial cooperation, and market expansion, shortening the time required for commercializing and industrializing innovative achievements, and serving as a crucial springboard for startups to access the market.
The Department of Economic Development further explained that the base has currently partnered with 4 startup accelerators to co-promote professional counseling, business matchmaking, and resource linkages. It is expected that 60 domestic and international startup teams will participate in the accelerator counseling programs. Meanwhile, 12 startup teams have already passed the residency review and will begin their development at the base.
Moving forward, the base will continue to expand its international cooperation network, actively recruiting outstanding global AI and frontier technology startup teams to move in. Through resource sharing, cross-domain collaboration, and international links, it will assist more innovative technologies in completing verification, landing, and commercialization in Taipei. This will realize the vision of becoming "the first stop for international startups coming to Taiwan," while also enabling more Taiwanese startups to set off from Taipei and go global.
