誰適合申請？● 成立 8 年內之新創團隊
● 領域專注於：ESG 循環經濟、國防與太空科技
● 公司登記於臺北市，或為國際新創團隊*
*註：母公司設立於海外，或創辦人 / 核心成員具外籍身份，即符合國際新創資格。
※國際新創團隊認定原則：
（一）團隊母公司依法登記設立於海外，且具有實質營運事實
（二）團隊創辦人或主要營運成員（如執行長、技術長、營運負責人等）具外國國籍，並實際參與公司經營及決策
（三）其他經審查認定具明確國際鏈結、跨國募資、外國人才導入或國際營運實績者
不予認列原則：
（一）團隊母公司雖設立於海外，惟其創辦人及主要營運團隊均為本國籍人士，且主要營運活動於我國境內進行，並無明顯海外營運、客戶、市場或募資實績者
（二）其他經審查認定與本基地推動國際新創來臺發展目的顯不相符者。
