拓展新創國際版圖！INNOPAD TAIPEI臺北新創旗艦基地攜手韓國Seoul AI Hub　共築臺韓AI創新生態圈

Expanding Startups' International Footprint! INNOPAD TAIPEI Partners with Korea's Seoul AI Hub to Co-Build a Taiwan-Korea AI Innovation Ecosystem

為拓展臺北國際新創合作網絡，臺北市政府產業發展局積極鏈結國際創新資源，透過「INNOPAD TAIPEI臺北新創旗艦基地」（下稱INNOPAD TAIPEI）串聯國內外新創及產業夥伴。INNOPAD TAIPEI與韓國首爾市AI產業推動機構「Seoul AI Hub」簽署合作備忘錄（Memorandum of Understanding, MoU）並於9月1日起生效。雙方將聚焦AI、半導體等深科技（Deep Tech）領域，推動新創雙向交流與市場拓展、投資媒合及研究合作，建立臺北與首爾兩地新創生態系的合作網絡。

To expand Taipei's international startup cooperation network, the Department of Economic Development, Taipei City Government, is actively linking international innovation resources and connecting domestic and foreign startups and industry partners through "INNOPAD TAIPEI". INNOPAD TAIPEI has signed a MoU with "Seoul AI Hub", an AI industry promotion agency in Seoul, South Korea, which came into effect on September 1. The two parties will focus on Deep Tech fields such as AI and semiconductors, promoting two-way startup exchanges and market expansion, investment matchmaking, and research cooperation, thereby establishing a cooperative network between the startup ecosystems of Taipei and Seoul.

臺北市政府產業發展局表示，科技新創從技術研發走向市場應用，除需要技術能量外，也需要海外市場驗證、產業合作及投資資源的支持。INNOPAD TAIPEI自今年6月底正式啟用營運，定位為國際新創來臺第一站，提供海外新創落地支援、加速器輔導、企業媒合及國際鏈結等服務，協助國內外新創團隊拓展市場、鏈結產業資源，打造臺北與國際新創生態系交流合作的重要平台。

The Department of Economic Development, Taipei City Government, stated that tech startups moving from technology R&D to market application require not only technological capabilities but also support in overseas market validation, industry cooperation, and investment resources. Officially opened at the end of June this year, INNOPAD TAIPEI is positioned as the first stop for international startups coming to Taiwan. It provides services such as soft-landing support for overseas startups, accelerator guidance, corporate matchmaking, and international networking, assisting domestic and foreign startup teams in expanding into markets and linking industry resources, and creating an important platform for exchange and cooperation between Taipei and the international startup ecosystem.

Seoul AI Hub中心主任卞宇錫（Byun Woo-seok）表示，對於拓展海外市場的AI新創而言，除了瞭解當地市場及驗證商業模式，建立可靠的產業與技術合作網絡同樣重要。本次合作將進一步串聯首爾與臺北的產業及研究資源，並透過新創交流、投資媒合及AI與半導體研究合作等具體項目，逐步深化雙方合作關係。

Byun Woo-seok, Director of the Seoul AI Hub, stated that for AI startups expanding into overseas markets, establishing a reliable network for industry and technology cooperation is just as important as understanding the local market and validating business models. This collaboration will further connect the industry and research resources of Seoul and Taipei, and gradually deepen the partnership between the two parties through specific initiatives such as startup exchanges, investment matchmaking, and AI and semiconductor research cooperation.

產業發展局陳俊安局長進一步說明，本次INNOPAD TAIPEI與Seoul AI Hub將以「新創交流」、「投資媒合」及「研究合作」三大面向展開，透過基地空間與資源共享，推動兩地新創團隊交流及市場拓展；串聯投資人與企業資源，促進投資媒合與募資交流；並聚焦AI、半導體等深科技領域，推動技術交流、研究合作及PoC與商業化應用，拓展臺韓新創合作網絡。

Chun-An Chen, Commissioner of the Department of Economic Development, further explained that this collaboration between INNOPAD TAIPEI and Seoul AI Hub will unfold across three main dimensions: "startup exchange," "investment matchmaking," and "research cooperation." Through the sharing of base spaces and resources, they will promote exchanges and market expansion for startup teams from both regions; connect investors and corporate resources to facilitate investment matchmaking and fundraising exchanges; and focus on Deep Tech fields like AI and semiconductors to drive technological exchange, research cooperation, PoC, and commercial applications, expanding the Taiwan-Korea startup cooperation network.

此次INNOPAD TAIPEI與Seoul AI Hub簽署MOU，是臺北拓展亞洲國際新創合作網絡的重要一步。未來，產業發展局將持續透過INNOPAD TAIPEI鏈結國際創新資源，協助臺北新創拓展海外市場、接軌國際資金與產業資源，同時吸引更多國際優質新創來臺交流發展，逐步建構臺北與亞洲主要創新城市間的合作網絡，為臺北新創打造更多元的國際發展機會。

The signing of this MOU between INNOPAD TAIPEI and Seoul AI Hub is an important step for Taipei in expanding its international startup cooperation network in Asia. In the future, the Department of Economic Development will continue to leverage INNOPAD TAIPEI to connect with international innovation resources, assist Taipei startups in expanding into overseas markets, and align with international capital and industry resources. Simultaneously, it aims to attract more high-quality international startups to develop and exchange ideas in Taiwan, gradually building a cooperative network between Taipei and major innovative cities in Asia, and creating more diverse international development opportunities for Taipei startups.
