2026 TEH AI+ Demo Day|AI Meets the Real World
2026/10/05
Event

AI is moving into manufacturing sites, supply chains, and healthcare frontline operations—solving real-world problems.

This year, Taipei Entrepreneurs Hub (TEH) is taking Demo Day to the next level with “AI Meets the Real World: Taipei Entrepreneurs Hub AI+ Demo Day.”

While previous Demo Days focused primarily on fundraising opportunities for early-stage startups, this year’s event highlights AI and physical intelligence solutions that have already demonstrated real-world deployment and customer adoption.

The 2026 AI+ Taipei Startup Pitch Contest attracted 76 startups from 17 countries, setting a new record for the program.

Following a two-stage selection process conducted by a judging panel from AppWorks, ASUS, and Wistron, six international AI startups from Canada, South Korea, and Singapore were selected to showcase their solutions alongside five Taipei-based startups.

🏥 Precision Medicine & AI Agents

🌟 IMBdx, Inc. (South Korea)
IMBdx is a precision medicine company specializing in liquid biopsy. By combining next-generation sequencing (NGS) with AI, the company analyzes circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) in blood for applications including early cancer detection, postoperative recurrence and minimal residual disease (MRD) monitoring, and precision treatment for advanced-stage cancer.

The company was listed on South Korea’s KOSDAQ market in 2024 and has expanded into 30 countries. It is also collaborating with AstraZeneca on companion diagnostics. In Taiwan, IMBdx has partnered with TTY Biopharm to launch AlphaLiquid®100, with more than 2,300 tests completed to date.

🌟 LAgentBot Pte. Ltd. (Singapore)
LAgentBot develops “MSDS Chain,” an AI-powered chemical safety assistant that transforms fragmented, multilingual Safety Data Sheets (SDS) into a decision-support tool that can be queried using natural language.

Every response includes source citations and audit trails, while the platform also provides more than 30 specialized AI Agent tools.

Its database covers more than 4 million chemicals across 10 regulatory jurisdictions, including native Traditional Chinese regulatory data for Taiwan.

The product is available on the Microsoft Azure Marketplace and is specifically targeting Taiwan’s semiconductor and chemical industries.

🏭 Industrial Resilience & Smart Manufacturing

🌟 Autonomique Inc. (Canada)
Autonomique is building a hardware-agnostic Physical AI software platform that enables industrial robots to autonomously understand their environment, plan tasks, and execute high-precision, multi-step manufacturing processes.

The technology originated from SRI International and has already completed a paid pilot with a Tier-1 automotive supplier, advancing into production-line deployment.

Its multi-part assembly capabilities can achieve sub-millimeter precision.

In 2026, the company completed a seed funding round led by White Star Capital.

🌟 ASKaFOX Inc. (Canada)
ASKaFOX uses four specialized AI Agents to connect the entire industrial procurement workflow—from supplier discovery and qualification to audit coordination and quotation requests.

The platform can screen from a database of more than 500,000 suppliers and connects users with approximately 900 on-the-ground experts worldwide for physical verification and audits.

Its customers include GE Vernova, Hydro-Québec, and Safran Cabin.

The company was also selected as one of the ALL IN 2026 Top 100 Canadian AI Startups.

🌟 Tilda Corp. (South Korea)
Tilda develops “ArgMax Power,” a Physical AI solution for real-time control of industrial Energy Storage Systems (ESS).

Based on electricity demand, solar power generation, electricity pricing, and battery conditions, the system automatically manages charging, discharging, and peak-load reduction.

The system has been independently verified at factories in Japan, achieving a 35% reduction in peak demand, and has already been deployed in paper, steel, and aluminum manufacturing facilities.

🌟 Ailytics Pte Ltd (Singapore)
Ailytics develops “Ailyssa,” an AI-powered video analytics platform that connects directly to existing CCTV systems.

The platform can detect workplace safety risks in real time, including failure to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) and unauthorized entry into hazardous areas, while also analyzing productivity.

Ailytics has completed more than 400 projects across 15 countries, with customers including Changi Airport Group and DHL.

In real-world deployments, the system has helped reduce safety violations by 60–80%.

We warmly invite enterprises and startup partners in Taipei to join us onsite, meet international startup teams face-to-face, expand global networks, and explore potential cross-border collaboration opportunities.
