Aero Vanguard: Disrupting Modern Warfare with Proprietary AI and Autonomous Tech

 

Aero Vanguard 的創立宗旨是「在暴政面前展現自主力量」。面對對手已取得數量與技術優勢，並開始以工業規模部署自主系統，團隊深知和平紅利已經結束。由於西方軍隊在人員、工業基礎與彈藥庫存上已難以匹敵這類威脅，發展自主技術不再只是選項，而是攸關生存的關鍵。

 

The core mission of Aero Vanguard is to deliver "autonomy in the face of tyranny". Recognizing that the peace dividend is over, the team understands that Western militaries currently lack the personnel, industrial base, and magazine depth to match adversaries who have achieved numerical and technological superiority by deploying autonomous systems at an industrial scale. For Aero Vanguard, autonomy is no longer optional; it is an existential necessity. 

 

為了解決這個問題，團隊開發了名為「OWEN」（Overwatch & Engagement Network）的致命自主武器系統，其命名靈感來自澳洲著名的 Owen 衝鋒槍。這套系統能獨立執行獵殺鏈，在有無操作員直接控制的情況下，皆可提供持續的監視並打擊指定的威脅。OWEN 具備雙層軟體架構，負責處理多光譜與多模態感測器數據。系統利用神經網路來識別目標特徵，並透過決策轉換器來執行各項行動，此設計不僅確保了對交戰規則的精細控制，更大幅降低了誤判的風險。為了實現真正的隨插即用自主能力，團隊也正與台灣的 ODM 廠商密切合作，開發專門用來運行 OWEN 的專屬 AI 硬體。

 

To address this critical gap, the team developed OWEN (Overwatch & Engagement Network), a lethal autonomous weapon system named in honor of the venerable Australian Owen submachine gun. OWEN is capable of executing the kill chain independently, providing persistent overwatch and engaging designated threats with or without direct operator control. At its core, OWEN utilizes a two-stage software layer that processes multispectral and multimodal sensor data. By pairing a neural network for target identification with a decision-making transformer to execute actions via onboard systems, it ensures granular control over the Rules of Engagement and significantly reduces the risk of engaging false positives. To optimize this software, Aero Vanguard is collaborating with Taiwanese ODM firms to develop purpose-built proprietary AI hardware, enabling true drop-in autonomy. 

 

這項核心技術的研發，匯集了烏克蘭國家科學院、Sikorsky 機構與 Antonov 設計局的實戰洞見，並在烏克蘭國防部情報總局（HUR）的直接支持下於前線完成了實地測試。Aero Vanguard 隨後展現了極高的執行力，在短短十八個月內便橫跨三個國家建立了跨國的營運基礎設施。在澳洲，身為受 AUKUS 認可且為烏克蘭國防採購局驗證的合作夥伴，Aero Vanguard 確保了技術能安全立足於五眼聯盟國家，並享有對英、美、澳免許可證的國防出口優勢。同時，團隊在台灣設立據點，旨在為盟邦打造一個具備主權且符合美國國防授權法案（NDAA）規範的供應鏈，並藉此反制中國限制關鍵無人機零件出口至烏克蘭的政策。

 

The development of this technology is deeply rooted in combat insights provided by partners at the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, the Sikorsky Institute, and the Antonov Design Bureau. Furthermore, it was successfully tested on the front-lines with direct support from the Main Intelligence Directorate (HUR). Within just eighteen months, the company established multinational operational infrastructure across three countries. As an AUKUS-approved company and a verified partner of the Defense Procurement Agency of Ukraine, the Australian operations secure the technology in a stable Five Eyes country and grant license-free defense exports to the UK, US, and Australia. Meanwhile, the Taiwanese operations were founded with a unified mission to guarantee a sovereign-owned, NDAA-compliant supply chain and manufacturing base for allies, directly countering China's intentional restriction of critical drone components to Ukraine. 

 

帶領 Aero Vanguard 邁向全球的執行團隊擁有深厚的專業背景。創辦人兼執行長 James Stewart 是一位果斷的蘇格蘭裔澳洲創業家，同時也是合格的澳洲國防出口管制經紀人與首席遠端飛行員。共同創辦人兼技術長 Serhiy Chernyshov 則是擁有超過二十五年技術與商業領導經驗的烏克蘭資深創業家，他曾帶領過規模達兩千五百人的全球企業，並為團隊帶來了航空電子、電子作戰、企業架構與網路安全等領域的深厚專業。Aero Vanguard 的最終市場策略並非與硬體製造商競爭，而是成為現有盟軍系統的「力量倍增器」。透過將專屬 AI 硬體與 OWEN 軟體整合至現役的海、陸、空平台上，團隊利用軟體即服務（SaaS）與能力授權模式，賦予既有資產決定性的戰術優勢。

 

This global effort is driven by an experienced executive team. Founder and CEO James Stewart is a decisive Scottish-Australian entrepreneur who also serves as a licensed Australian Defence Export Controls Broker and the company's Chief Remote Pilot. Co-founder and CTO Serhiy Chernyshov is a veteran Ukrainian entrepreneur with over twenty-five years of technical and business leadership. Drawing from his strong background in avionics and electronic warfare, Chernyshov brings deep expertise in enterprise architecture and cybersecurity, having previously scaled a global enterprise to over 2,500 employees. Ultimately, Aero Vanguard’s execution strategy is not to compete on hardware, but to act as a force multiplier for existing allied fleets. By integrating their proprietary AI hardware and OWEN software directly onto trusted air, land, and sea platforms, they upgrade in-service assets with a decisive tactical advantage through a high-margin software and capability licensing model.
